Material Collection & Pick-Up

We will be conducting a materials return/pick-up Monday, June 1 - Thursday, June 4. The process will be completed through curbside drop off in the main parking lot of the school (off Lemongrass). Please follow the map below for drive-up instructions.

The schedule for the return of materials will be by Advisement Class. Parents who have multiple students, may complete all returns during your youngest child's appointed time.

Materials Being Collected

  • History Textbook McGraw Hill Impact (hardcover only)

  • Realidades 1 (hardcover only - Spanish 1 students)

  • HMH - Integrated Math 1 Vol.1 and Vol. 2 (hardcover only - Math 1 students)

  • Class novels (Call of the Wild, Something Wicked This Way Comes, The Giver,

    etc...this only applies to some students)

  • Library Books

  • Musical Instruments

  • Honors Chorus Music

  • Chromebook with charger (if your family will continue to need access to a

    Chromebook during the summer we will make arrangements to collect it later in the fall)

Materials Not Being Collected

All consumable (softcover) workbooks (English StudySync, Math Springboard, History journals) are yours to keep and use or dispose of if desired. Do not return them to the school.

Materials to Pick Up*

  • Any medications that were kept in the Health Office

  • A packet including any awards and/or certificates (7th & 8th grade), Promotion

    Program (8th grade only)

    *We will not have yearbooks ready for pick-up at this time. We are working with our publisher to get them as soon as possible. More information will be sent when it is available.
